Our Gol-Gappa puris are thin, hollow, ready-to-fry semolina-based shells that puff up perfectly crispy when fried for 30 seconds. They are pre-seasoned with flavours infused inside the puri for authentic street-style chaat taste. Fill with spiced potatoes, chickpeas, tamarind water (pani), chutneys, and enjoy the classic burst of flavours.
We offer five core ready-seasoned flavours in stock: Garlic (Lehsuni), Hing (Asafoetida), Imli (Tamarind), Pudina (Mint), and Mint (Extra Fresh). Custom or additional flavours can be discussed for larger orders.
Fry in hot oil (around 180–190°C) for just 20–30 seconds until they puff up golden and crispy. No need to press or flip excessively—they puff perfectly round every time due to premium suji quality and precise dough. Drain on paper towels; they stay crispy for hours after frying.
Unfried puris have a 12-month shelf life when stored in moisture-proof, nitrogen-flushed packaging. Keep in a cool, dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight to maintain maximum crispiness.
MOQ is only 2 metric tons, and you can mix any flavours and pack sizes (e.g., 100g, 200g, 400g retail pouches or 5–10 kg bulk cartons). Ideal for testing markets or starting small.
